Samsung has formally filed a motion, asking the Supreme Court of the United States to overturn the verdict in the patent case between the company and Apple. In its motion to the court, Samsung states its belief that the jury in the case wasn't given enough information to understand the patent issues at hand. Additionally, Samsung is raising an issue as to how design patents are calculated.
